Growing up on many generational rural cattle and sheep farm, Carson learned the fundamental importance of work from the time he could haul a bucket. With an intrepid spirit, he ventured into the world and found lots of character-building on his journey. Carson, a true renaissance man, has been a professional longboard surfer, on a first-name basis with Oprah, and driven a tow truck, then spent 15 years growing and running a winery, while serving as Captain for the Petrolia Fire Department. 

Carson has the rare combination of an analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. Shortly after the housing crash he combined those natural abilities and started investing in real estate. Those were the early days of a new chapter for Carson. He started out buying a fixer-upper, fixing it himself, and turning it into a rental. After that first Cinderella story, he was hooked and expanded into buy and hold, flips, rehab, Air BnB, rental management, refinance, new construction, property development, note investing, and more.

Like every smart entrepreneurial analyst, he grew his knowledge, and that led him down the obvious road of helping others buy and sell real estate.  As a professional Real Estate Agent, Carson leverages his knowledge as an investor, tenacity to find the right opportunity for his clients, and manages transactions with the cool professionalism of a Fire Captian. 

In 2020 Carson his wife, and their young children moved to Cedar Park to be closer to family. The love of water got Carson and his wife interested in the Highland Lakes, and they are currently building a home at Lake Buchanan. They love exploring the Texas Hill Country with their young children.
